How to Find my Style: A Simple Guide to get own style

How to Find my Style: A Simple Guide to get own style!! Introduction Do you know “how to find my style”? Finding your own fashion style isn’t always easy. Actually, I am still finding my style. It usually changes when I discover a new fashion model or something. With so many trends, influencers, and brands everywhere, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed or unsure about what really suits you. But your fashion style doesn’t have to be about following trends or copying others. It’s about expressing who you are. In this article, I’ll share some practical tips that will help you discover and build your personal style, even if you’re starting from scratch. Explore and find What You Like The first step in finding your fashion style is to explore. Try on! Try on! Try On! Some people don’t try on clothes even when they go shopping. I think it’s such a waste! Start by browsing platforms like Instagram, Pinterest, and fashion blogs. Save pictures of outfits that catch your eye — don’t think too hard about it at first. Focus on what you like, not what you think you’re supposed to like. After you’ve collected a good number of images, look through them and find patterns. Are you drawn to neutral tones or bright colors? Oversized fits or slim silhouettes? Casual streetwear or elegant minimalism? Identifying these preferences will help you define your direction. So you have to know what your fashion taste is. Understand Your Body and Comfort Zone Everyone’s body is different, so it really helps to understand yours when you’re trying to figure out what looks good on you. You don’t have to stick to any sizing “rules” or anything like that, just focus on what feels right when you wear it. Try paying attention to which clothes make you feel confident and at ease. You need to wear clothes you feel confident and comfortable in to show your confidence or something alone says a lot. Also, it’s totally fine to have a comfort zone, most of us do. But sometimes it’s fun to step just a bit outside of it. Like, if you always wear dark colors, maybe try something a little softer, like beige or olive green, instead of suddenly jumping into hot pink.Small changes like that can help you ease into new styles without feeling like you’re forcing it. Start with the Basics Before you buy trendy or standout pieces, build a solid base of essentials. These include plain t-shirts, a good pair of jeans, a blazer, a basic skirt, and sneakers or boots that match almost everything. These basics help you mix and match easily and give you a foundation to add personality later. Quality is more important than quantity when it comes to basics, so go for well-made, timeless items. Add Personality with One Statement Piece Once your basics are ready, begin experimenting by adding statement pieces — something with color, texture, or a unique shape. It could be a patterned shirt, a vintage bag, or a bold jacket. Don’t overload your outfit with too many standout items at once. One strong piece mixed with basics often looks stylish and intentional. Try Before You Buy Fashion is about trial and error. If you’re unsure about something, try it on. Visit secondhand stores, try different fits, or borrow clothes from friends to see what feels right. The more styles you try, the more you learn what you like (and what you don’t). Don’t be discouraged if something doesn’t work on you — that’s part of the process. Document Your Outfits Take photos of your outfits, especially the ones you love. This helps you look back and see what styles really work for you. Over time, you’ll start noticing what colors or shapes make you feel best. Even if you don’t post on social media, having a personal “style diary” can be helpful for developing your fashion sense. Don’t Be Controlled by Trends Trends are fun, and they can inspire you, but they shouldn’t control your wardrobe. It’s okay to pick up a trendy item here and there, but always ask yourself: “Would I wear this even if it wasn’t trending?” Your personal style should be something that grows with you, not something you rebuild every season. Confidence Is the Best Accessory No matter what you wear, confidence makes the biggest difference. If you feel good in your outfit, that energy will come through. Sometimes, the clothes that make you a little nervous to wear are the ones that help you grow the most. Embrace your individuality. Fashion is personal — there’s no right or wrong, just what feels like you. Fashion Is a Journey, Not a Destination Your style will continue to evolve as you grow. What you love now might not be what you wear in five years — and that’s okay. The goal is to enjoy the process, stay curious, and keep experimenting. Let your fashion reflect where you are in your life and what makes you feel most like yourself. Conclusion Finding your fashion style takes time, patience, and a bit of self-reflection. Explore what you like, understand your body, start with basics, and build up your wardrobe with confidence. Don’t be afraid to try new things, make mistakes, or mix styles. The most important thing is to have fun and use fashion as a way to express who you truly are. What Do You Eat? Best Food for Your Skin

What Do You Eat? Best Food for Your Skin Introduction So, I used to think my skin was bad. I had some problems I had to solve. Some people are just born with clear, glowing skin, and I wasn’t one of them.   That’s what I believed for a long time. I tried lots of skincare stuff, cleansers, toners, masks, even some trendy serums. I probably think I spent over $2000 on skincare. But honestly, my skin still looked kind of bad. Sometimes I’d break out for no reason. Then one day, I just realized it is not all about skincare, like maybe food or something? What is gonna happen if I take healthy food? So I focused on not only skincare but also food. I think it made my skin get better. I started paying more attention to what I eat, and over time, my skin actually started to improve. This blog is all about what I learned, what foods helped me the most, and how small changes in my diet gave me better skin than any cream ever did. But I don’t mean to say skincare is stupid. I believe skincare is also important for getting clear skin. In this article, I am going to talk about “the best food for your skin” to solve your problem. Please follow me!!! Skin and Food: More Connected Than I Thought At first, I didn’t believe food could affect my skin. OF course i know but I thought skincare is more important than food. It just sounded like one of those “too good to be true” things. But after a while, I started to notice a pattern. When I had a weekend of fast food, soda, chips, and instant noodles, my skin got super oily and I’d get new pimples. Not gonna lie, sometimes I eat fast food as a reward. My face would feel kind of swollen, too. But if I had a few days where I ate mostly fresh foods, fruits, and drank more water, my skin looked calmer and brighter. I didn’t change anything in my skincare routine, but my skin just looked better. That’s when I realized: it’s all connected. Skin isn’t just about beauty. It’s your body trying to tell you something. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo. Blueberries: It has change my skin Okay, so one food that really helped me is blueberries. I came across the video where he said “Blueberries are one of the best foods for your skin”. I used to think they were just a nice fruit to add to pancakes or smoothies, but turns out, they’re kind of amazing for skin. They’re packed with antioxidants, especially one called anthocyanin, which is what gives them that deep purple-blue color. These antioxidants fight free radicals in your body. I didn’t really know what free radicals were at first, but basically, they’re bad things that damage your skin cells and make your skin age faster. Antioxidants help protect against that. Another cool thing is frozen blueberries are actually just as good, sometimes even better, than fresh ones. On top of that, it is easy to store for a long time. Because they’re frozen right after being picked, they keep more nutrients. Fresh berries from the store might be a few days old and already losing some of their benefits. Now I always keep a bag of frozen blueberries in my freezer. I add them to smoothies, oatmeal, yogurt, or just eat them straight. It’s super easy. To be honest, I usually eat just blueberries, because I can be bothered to put something. Finally, I believe that blueberries are the best food for your skin. What Models and Skin Experts Eat After I started paying more attention to food, I got curious. Like, what do models and skin experts eat to keep their skin glowing all the time? I watched interviews, read a few blogs, and even followed some nutritionists online. And I realized that they tend to have the food like ” best food for your skin”. Here are some common things they all seem to agree. Water-rich foods like cucumber, celery, and watermelon help keep your skin hydrated. Healthy fats like avocado, nuts, seeds, and salmon keep your skin soft and prevent dryness. Colorful fruits and vegetables are full of vitamins, especially A, C, and E, which help with repair, moisture, and protection from the sun. Fermented foods like yogurt, kimchi, and miso are good for your gut, and your gut health affects your skin a lot more than I thought. Whole grains and herbs like oats, brown rice, turmeric, and green tea also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. I was so surprised that it wasn’t about cutting out everything “bad” completely. It was more about balance and adding the right foods in. If we cut everything, we can survive because of stress. A Day of Eating for Better Skin When I’m trying to focus on my skin, here’s what a normal eating day looks like for me: Morning:Smoothie with frozen blueberries, banana, and almond milk. Sometimes I eat protein or something. Lunch:I usually eat chicken breast or thigh, since I have been working out recently. I need protein and carbohydrates. Dinner:same as lunch and sometimes I eat pasta instead of rice. Drinks:Water all day, plus a cup of coffee in the afternoon. I try to drink around 2–2.5 liters a day. Of course, I don’t eat like this every single day. I still have fast food like Five Guys. I love Five Guys!!! But when I stick close to this kind of pattern, my skin really notices. Final Thoughts So now, when someone asks me, “What do you eat?” I think about more than just my meals. I eat to feel good, yes. But I also eat for my skin. That means choosing things that help my body stay balanced and happy. so what I can say is if

How do i lose face fat

How do i lose Face fat and get fit Introduction Okay, so let me be real here. I used to look in the mirror and think, “Ugh, why does my face look so puffy?” I thought if I could just get rid of face fat, I’d start looking more like a model or something. But the more I learned, the more I realized: it’s not just about having a sharp jawline. It’s about how you carry yourself, how you move, stand, and show up. That stuff matters way more than I thought. In this blog, I wanna share how I changed not just my face, but the way I move and present myself. Face Fat: What I Learned (and What I Changed) First off, I used to think there were exercises or hacks that would magically make my face slimmer. But unfortunatly, there aren’t. There are some small habits that helped me look less bloated and more defined over time. Here’s what I started doing: Just letting you know, there can not change your face overnight. But after a few weeks, you might notice your face looking less swollen in the morning. And that give you the motivation to keep going. Understanding That Face Shape Isn’t Everything Even when my face started to look a bit slimmer, I still didn’t really feel like I looked like a model. actually right now, so I am still doing. And I realized it’s not just about the shape of your face.Don’t worry about it, everyone misunderstands like I did. The posture is really matters and is good for people who want to know how to lose face fat. Like, even if your jawline is sharp, if you’re slouching or always looking down, your face will look rounder. Trust me, I’ve been there. The way you stand can either lift your whole face or drag it down. Posture helps you lose face fat I started working on my posture every day. It wasn’t anything crazy These things are important. and I looked more confident in photos. My neck looked longer. My jaw even looked sharper, just because I wasn’t hunched over anymore. Movement and Energy: That “Model Vibe” You know when you see someone and they’re not even doing anything, but they just look cool? That’s energy. That’s presence. And I realized that’s a big part of what makes someone look like a model. Models don’t rush. They don’t fidget. They move with purpose. I tried to copy that while walking more slowly with imagining walking on a runway. It sounds a bit funny, but it helps you when you walk on a runway. And not slouching, keeping my hands relaxed. It felt weird at first, but over time, it started to feel natural. Now when I walk into a room or get in front of a camera, I think about how I’m holding myself and that gives me way more “model energy” than my face ever did. Don not forget Daily Habits That Support It This part’s important: you don’t need to change everything at once. I didn’t. I think if we change everything at once, you can not keep doing them. I just picked a few things and stuck with them: Drinking more water Getting better sleep Being more aware of my posture Trying a few facial exercises before bed Practicing stillness in the mirror, literally just standing and looking calm Little things, done every day, really add up. It’s not about being perfect — just consistent. The Real Glow-Up Is Confidence Honestly, you can have the sharpest features in the world, but if you move like you’re unsure of yourself, it shows. On the flip side, someone with a round face and average features can totally shine just by having calm, grounded energy. That’s what I’m aiming for now. Not perfection. Just presence. Confidence. Being okay with how I look, but also showing up like I own it. Conclusion So yeah, I started out thinking I needed to “fix” my face. But what I actually needed was to pay attention to how I carry myself. I still do some habits to take care of my body — drinking water, better sleep, light facial exercises — but now I focus way more on posture, presence, and how I move. If you’re on the same journey, my advice is: don’t just chase a sharp jawline. Build confidence from the inside out. That’s what makes people stop and look — not just a pretty face, but the energy behind it.

Why do I Want to Be male Model?

Why do I want to be a male Model? Introduction I am always looking for fashion and enjoy choosing what to wear every day. I believe that clothes are not just fabric to cover my body, it is one of the things to express our personality or something. My interest in fashion and male models has increased, especially after I discovered a lot of models’ Instagram accounts and started following them and fashion icons. Seeing their photos and styles inspired me deeply and made me want to become a model myself. I think meeting G-DRADON from BIGBANG is one of the biggest experiences. In this article, I am gonna share the reasons why I want to be a model and what motivates me to be a model. I know you also like fashion and models, so I hope you like it!!! A Passion for Fashion from a Young Age Ever since I was a child, I’ve had a strong interest in clothes and style. I remember looking forward to picking out my outfits and sometimes even mixing and matching pieces just for fun. I admired people who walk in front of many audiences like a runway and a brand image person like G-DRAGON!! He was told that he was the most popular Asian man in the world. When I was a high school student, I would talk with my friends about clothes and trends, and I enjoyed trying to create outfits that showed my personality. Fashion became a way for me to express who I am, even at a young age. Discovering Inspiration on Instagram When I got a smartphone, Instagram quickly became my go-to place for fashion inspiration. I started following many male models from all over the world. Their photos showed more than just clothes; they showed confidence and personality. I was surprised how cool they were. Seeing that made me think, “I want to be like that.” What was especially encouraging was when I found male models who had similar body types or styles to mine. It made me realize that becoming a model wasn’t just a distant dream for certain people. It could be something I could do too. I understand it might sounds like a bit naive, but of course I know it is tough. Expressing My Personality Through Clothes For me, being a model isn’t just about wearing clothes. It’s about expressing who I am and sharing my personality through fashion. I love putting together outfits that reflect how I feel or what I want to say that day. It’s rewarding when others notice and tell me I look good or that my style suits me. Being a model would give me more opportunities to share that side of me with others — to show the world not just the clothes but also the person wearing them. Enjoying the Challenge of Trying New Styles One of the things I admire most about male models on Instagram is how they change their looks and styles in every photo. They aren’t afraid to try new things or show different sides of themselves. I find that very exciting. If I become a model, I want to try many different kinds of fashion like classic, trend, chic, and gorgeous. Trying new styles will help me grow and discover parts of myself I didn’t know before. Sometimes, stepping outside of my comfort zone can be scary, but it’s also a chance to learn and shine in new ways. Building Confidence and Shining Naturally Modeling is more than just looking good in pictures, it’s about confidence and presence. I admire how models carry themselves with confidence and how that makes them stand out. I feel they also fight against the pressure. I want to develop that kind of natural confidence through modeling. Being in front of the camera and on different sets will teach me to trust myself and feel comfortable in my own skin. My hope is to become someone who inspires others by being confident and true to myself like I have experienced. Connecting with Like-minded People Another reason I want to be a male model is the chance to meet and work with people who share my passion for fashion and creativity. Modeling isn’t just a solo job, it involves photographers, stylists, makeup artists, and other models. Being part of such a creative team sounds exciting to me. And they create new things like brand image together!! Can you imagine how cool it is?? I believe that working with others who love fashion as much as I do will motivate me and help me improve. It’s also a great way to build friendships and networks in the industry. Inspiring Others Through My Journey Lastly, I want to use my modeling journey to inspire others who may have the same dream. When I see models on Instagram who look like me or come from similar backgrounds, it encourages me. I want to be that person for someone else someday. Showing that with passion and effort, you can follow your dreams. Sharing my story and experiences might help others feel confident to start their own path. So I am aiming to be a model. And if you want to know “how to become a male model with no experience“, I am waiting for you here.
